Jen in her Jammies: Being in Your Head

In private sessions, one of the blockages I often find is holding people back from being in a state of joy, love, abundance, freedom, health, success and so on, is that they are ‘stuck in their head’.

When I tap into their akashic records, the reason for this becomes apparent.  Often, they have suffered decapitation in a previous life.  In many cases, this involved a public execution, where their severed head was held by the hair in front of a watching crowd, before being impaled on a stake.

The terror involved in such a death can cause the soul to become trapped in the astral body.  Paralysed by fear, it is unable to pass over and move on.  For these people, the senses remain ‘stuck in their head’.

People who seem to be ‘in their head’ a lot, and at the same time are reluctant to be around crowds, may well have suffered this type of traumatic death in a previous life.

They can be freed of the experience and empowered to move on through firstly recognizing it, and then using SFT taps to release both the trauma itself, and the associated engrams.

Doing this can help lighten the load for the entire collective, because it deals with some of the heaviest burdens weighing on the human psyche.

Readers might like to experience the SFT taps for themselves …

Say each statement three times while tapping on the top of your head, a fourth time while tapping on your chest, and a fifth time while tapping on your abdomen.
