The understanding of financial abundance is skewed at best. Money is energy. As energy, it has a neutral charge except what is ascribed to it. Unfortunately, throughout history, those in power have attributed a negative charge on money as a form of control. In the bible, it talks about the difficulties of a rich man to get into heaven. This placated those who were poor to believing that they were more pious for being poor.
Money, like water should be continuously moving. If not, it has a tendency to stagnate. Very rich people understand this and that is why they move money around through investments and diversifying. They intuitively understand that when you move money out, more money comes in. It is spiritual law.
Squandering money in a bank is the antithesis of understanding the nature of money. Some people are fear based in their interaction with money. They may be afraid of losing money so they put a negative charge on their relationship with money. This may be preventing money from coming to them. If money is supposed to be fluid, as energy, the way to keep it fluid within your orbit is to use it with love instead of fear.
Here is an exercise to try: Next time you are in the position to tip a service provider, give them a pretty exorbitant tip. Do it with a lot of goodwill and understanding of how that appreciation can make their whole day. Then watch your own financial affairs. See if the amount of money you gave out to the service provider doe not come back to you in some peripheral way. Prove to yourself the fluid nature of money and then actively change your relationship with it.
