Jen in her Jammies: Dealing with Loneliness

In this episode of Jen in her Jammies, we discuss several new initiatives within the Jenuine Healing community, and then move on to offer some important insights on the topic of loneliness.

Over the next few weeks, I will be holding three group sessions comprising: a group mothers’ day healing session; a group sound healing session, and an SFT facilitator workshop.  Each session is designed to empower all participants.  More information can be found here.

Turning to loneliness, we were inspired to cover this topic by a comment from a subscriber.

The feeling of loneliness is a common denominator among many who come to Jenuine Healing feeling isolated or misunderstood.  But in a sense, it is also a big lie.  When we feel lonely, it is as if source is reaching out to us.  The ache we feel is really our energy field opening.  But human consciousness often registers this as a negative.

The truth is the universe will separate us from those things or people that are preventing us from expanding into our own omniscience, omnipotence, and omnipresence.  So, when someone rejects or separates from you, it is often because the universe is moving them out of your life to enable you to grow.  For sensitive, compassionate people, it is easier and less painful for the other person to reject you, than the other way around.

Being alone is not the same as feeling lonely – and many spiritual people can feel lonelier in a crowd than in isolation.  But if we really tune into our environment, we find we are never truly alone, and that isolation is an illusion.

Loneliness is like a glue that connects humanity.  It can provide a way to tap into the collective of all who also feel lonely.  In that sense, it becomes a source of companionship.
