Jen in her Jammies: The Aftermaths of Suicide

Discussing suicide and how to deal with its aftermaths is very important.  There is much pain surrounding suicide – and this pain is exacerbated by notions of punishment and judgement that some traditions attach to the act of suicide.

In this conversation, we discuss suicide from the perspective of both the ‘surviving soul’ that has passed, and the ‘physical survivors’ left behind.  There can be difficult aftermaths for both.

The first step in discussing this topic is to take all ideas of judgment and punishment off the table.  The next is to explain why it is so important for family, friends, and others affected by suicide, to talk about it – and why failure to do so can be an impediment to everyone moving on, including the soul that has passed.

There are many factors that can lie behind suicide ideation.  But often, there are psychic energies are at work.  These can take several forms – including psychic attacks suggesting to the person targeted that they should harm or kill themselves.  We discuss how, with the help of SFT tapping, it is possible to dissipate these nefarious energies – and why it is important to do this before their impact is able to escalate in a negative way.  Suicide is not the escape that those who choose this path believe it will be.

For those left behind after a suicide, it is possible to use SFT tapping in a way that not only helps dissipate the pain they feel as survivors, but also assists greatly the loved one who has passed over to the astral plan.  A survivor having a private session with Jen can have a profound impact on both survivors and the one that has passed.
