In this conversation, I draw on insights gained in private sessions to offer a new and uplifting perspective on several important spiritual concepts.
The first topic we discus relates to the idea that we are all one. This idea is limiting. The truth is more expansive. We are all everyone.
We also discuss the genesis of ‘I am’ in spiritual practice, how this evolved from ‘the controlling eye’ which was something quite sinister that existed in an earlier epoch, and why focusing on ‘I am’ in meditation can act like a glass ceiling on spiritual growth.
Another topic covered in this conversation is why it is important to use ‘we’ rather than ‘I’ in SFT tapping. SFT taps provide a way to communicate with the higher self that bypasses the ego. Using ‘we’ rather than ‘I’ helps ensure that communication is never contaminated by the ego.
We also delve into topic of conspiracy theories, and how they evolved among people looking for spiritual truths in a peripheral way – without looking at themselves.
SFT tapping is a wonderful way to deal with the fears that give rise to conspiracy theories in the minds of some people. They can be resolved very easily. When we name what we are afraid of, and then deal with that fear with SFT tapping, anything that is not true or from love is dissipated, and we are left with just truth and love.
Finally, we explore the notion of ‘the universal mind’, and why the writings of the sages should be seen as breadcrumbs on the path which we must traverse alone, and not as mandates or prescriptions.
