Where does a woman turn to get respect in cultures where men are respected more than woman? She doesn’t get it from the men of the world. Maybe if she is lucky, she gets appreciation from her husband. She can’t expect it from her sons. They are more important in society than she is. It is fortunate if they treat her well. This is the dynamic that has played out in past eras. Perhaps even some in the present.
A woman can try to get respect from her woman friends. But the women with the more dominant husbands seem to have be at the top of the pecking order for respect. The only place she can establish a level of respect is with her daughters. This is most likely true with the daughters as well. Within the establishment of her own sisters, a daughter’s only place to get any sense of confidence is through the established pecking order of her sisters.
This is the dynamic that played out in the records of the past lives of this client. It was bleeding through to the present lifetime. Perhaps by unhooking some of the issues anchored into the cultural beliefs around female roles, anyone can feel freer and more empowered to be in a female body.
