Humility is not about seeing yourself as unworthy or groveling near the ground. True humility is knowing how dynamic you are and affording that same awareness to everyone around you.
To have humility is to be strong enough to rise above the needs of your ego, and to have such a strong sense of self that you do not feel the need for stroking, validation or the subtle leveraging games that play out in office politics.
Humility as it is currently taught, just lowers the bar for everyone and causes great operations to slow down to a crawl. A means to free up the energy of a whole group is simply to operate from the vantage point of how dynamic everyone is.
When you are humble, there is room for you to respect others and the world around you. In that space, you can see just how much there is to learn. It is also a way to get the most benefit from those around you. People will rise and fall to the expectations afforded to them. When you see the highest in people, it allows them to access that part of themselves that may have previously eluded them. It is a great means of disarming the most resistant personality. Simply see your own dynamo reflected in them.
The SFT protocols that I offer can assist in making dynamic changes that may otherwise take decades to accrue.
