Jen Ward’s Journey from Trauma to Healing Humanity

Discover the remarkable story behind world-renowned energy healer, Jen Ward, and her mission to uplift humanity

Introduction

My training for the work that I do to benefit all of humanity started in utero.

My mother had nightmares for years about giving birth. She had endured nine births already, many of them at home with no preparation or assistance. When I was in utero, she carried a heavy foreboding of dread about the pain of childbirth, accompanied by fantasies of getting rid of me. I was cursed the night I was born during her drunken stupor. She hated me.

This sounds traumatic, but this was the perfect experience for someone destined to change the world. The resistance and indifference my mother felt towards me mirrored the climate I now face as a catalyst for change. Because of my unique relationship with her, the resistance I address in the world feels like what I encountered in utero. It was the perfect foundation for the work I do.

Hearing the Adepts

I grew up unacknowledged as nonverbal in a dysfunctional, alcoholic environment. There was no nurturing or love. In fact, my mother went out of her way to humiliate me and deny me relationships when anyone reached out to me. She was the perfect teacher, training me to be an island unto myself.

One night, one of the men who visited the house frightened me, saying the house might burn down while I slept. As I tossed and turned in bed, a kindness broke through the fear. It was a loving, nurturing presence. It reassured me that I was safe. A voice explained to me, in no uncertain terms, that there were plans for my life and I would be kept safe to fulfill them. This was one of the first distinct times the Adepts (silent masters) communicated with me. It was also the first time I experienced love.

Reliving Past Life Deaths

Many times growing up, scenes from past lives would be reveled to me. I could be sitting in class and suddenly relive being a child living in squalor as an untouchable in India. In the dream state, I would recall different times I died, such as:

  • Being murdered by an angry husband, feeling an axe go into my back, then experiencing the peace of floating over a river.
  • Dying as a soldier in war, not realizing I was dead, and feeling desperate as my platoon buddy stepped right over me and left me behind.
  • Passing as a child of influenza, with my desperate parents trying to keep me alive.

Each of these scenarios offered profound insights. These experiences assist my clients to release their own angst about dying, being murdered, being trapped between lifetimes, or dealing with an enemy from a past life who is now a friend, family member, or coworker.

I tucked these experiences away. Part of my makeup is excellent recall, so I saved everything in a mental file to assist others. Working with clients, I have now experienced every form of death and torture imaginable. I can tap into their anguish without them having to recall it themselves.

Learning About Energy

Getting through massage school was a turning point for self-discovery. For the first time in my life, people sought out my skills. Physical massage became a starting point for understanding the body as another form of energy. I picked up other healing modalities easily. Fellow students would take expensive classes in craniosacral massage, myofascial release, and body talk, then show me what they learned—and I would master it.

When I started my massage practice at home, people came to me under the strangest circumstances. They would say they were contemplating or praying, and that their spirit guides told them to get a session with me. Often, they weren’t looking for a massage at all. They were looking for healing. No matter what they requested, I never disappointed. This was how I began to accept myself as a dynamic healer.

Reading Akashic Records

Early in my practice, a woman came for a massage but said I couldn’t touch her because she was in too much pain. I had her lie on the table and I just looked at her. Then, a scenario popped into my head of her being raped by three boys in a high school bathroom. After the attack, she zipped up her pants and went home, never telling anyone.

In my naivety, I blurted out, “You were gang-raped in a past life.”

She looked at me with terror. She had been gang-raped—but in this life. As soon as her secret was revealed, I started sobbing uncontrollably. All the tears she had bottled up poured out through me. We spent the hour with me crying for her as she consoled me with an embrace. But she was actually embracing herself.

When she returned weeks later, she said her pain was about 45% less. Subsequent sessions involved me touching parts of her body as I cried uncontrollably for her. This was my “aha” moment of understanding the direct connection between emotional trauma and physical pain.

Learning I Could Heal Long Distance

Having an older brother whom I worshipped from afar, despite his lack of time for me, presented a new opportunity in healing. When he did connect with me, I felt so honored I would do anything for him. He knew I was a practicing massage therapist who also did energy work. He considered himself a healer and was deeply tuned into his guides.

One night, he called, saying he had a splitting headache, and his guides told him to call me. Since I had been taught inwardly by the Adepts how to move energy, I laid on the floor with the phone to my ear and did my best to move the energy out of him. I became knotted up and sweated profusely as I helped him shift the stagnant energy. He didn’t seem to fully understand what I was doing, but he stayed on the phone with me because he trusted his guides.

I pulled the energy out of him like a thick slurry. Just as I was about to extract it all, I heard the Adepts stop me. They said not to remove all the energy; they explained he would miss a spiritual lesson if I did. Obeying their instruction, I stopped the extraction and told him to go to the emergency room. Later, I heard through the grapevine that he had a mini-stroke, which left him with a small lisp that he eventually worked through. To this day, he has no idea that I spared him a massive stroke—or perhaps even death. At the time, however, he instinctively knew I could help him.

There were many nights when friends, unwilling to go to the emergency room, called me to help them move stagnant energy. This was not a fluke. When people suffered during the night, I moved energy for them, and their symptoms subsided. The first major disease I have evidence of helping to alleviate was diverticulosis. I have seemingly stopped bleeding for individuals simply through intention and by moving energy with sound.

A friend’s mother was hospitalized with diverticulosis and was growing increasingly weak. The doctors didn’t expect her to survive. I told my friend I could help her mother. She patronized me but allowed me to try. Within days, her mother was released from the hospital and never experienced another bout of bleeding. She lived for many more years.

SFT Tapping

I first learned of tapping through the Body Talk modality. It was fascinating how tapping assisted people. I noticed, however, that many Body Talk taps didn’t go deep enough.

One of my friends felt stuck with her Body Talk sessions. I tuned into her issue and realized that, in a past life, she had taken vows that were holding her back in this life. I created a tap for her to recant a past life vow of poverty. When she performed the tap, she experienced an energetic breakthrough.

This marked the beginning of my development of intense taps to release present-life issues directly connected to past-life trauma. The Adepts instructed me to fold time and space when creating taps by adding the phrase “in all moments” at the end of each one.

By doing taps this way, individuals free energy trapped across different lifetimes, converging all of their energy into the present moment. This process supports mastership—having all your energy centered in the present moment without peripheral timelines.

Over the years, the Adepts and I have co-created many taps to help individuals release the effects of karmic causes. The first protocol we developed was initially called the “Energetic Divorce,” a method for cleanly ending relationships. This protocol evolved into the Energetic Cleans , which helps people worldwide break free from individuals, places, beliefs, and circumstances that feel enslaving.

Going Through Enlightenment

I met a man I was deeply attracted to. I helped him free himself from many demons, and he was grateful, inviting me to live with him on a property in the southeastern U.S. where he had just started a new job.

Initially, he was kind, but over time, he became paranoid, believing I was his nemesis. He thought the neighbors were part of the Illuminati and were urging him to push me to the brink of insanity. He isolated me and prevented me from communicating with the outside world.

As his paranoia deepened, he forced me to work outside in extreme weather, blamed me for the world’s problems, starved me nearly to death, and made me ingest excessive amounts of vinegar water and supplements. This caused severe niacin flushes daily. It was under these conditions that I experienced enlightenment.

Enlightenment is a real process where the ego separates from the self, revealing a pure state of consciousness. It connects the individual to a higher awareness beyond want and need. This nirvana lasts for three days before the ego must return to the body. Reintegrating the ego is unsettling, as it feels negative. But the ego is necessary as a tool for you to exist in the physical world as an incarnated being.

After enlightenment, you can access realms of truth more easily. Insights that were once elusive become accessible, enabling profound shifts in understanding and perception. But this does not mean you are removed from your physical existence. In fact, your role as an enlightened being is to harness your gifts to enhance the wellbeing of the broader collective. And being enlightened does not mean you have all of the answers to the universal questions. You still have to deal with your “this world” issues – perhaps in a slightly more nuanced way than other people.

Being Madame Blavatsky

I stumbled upon an image of Madame Blavatsky online, and the Adepts informed me that I was her in a past life. Initially, this seemed absurd. At the time, I was neither a writer nor a healer of any significance. I also found her appearance unappealing and resisted the idea of me being her in a past life.

Years later, I held one of her books next to my profile, and the resemblance was striking. My cousin’s jaw dropped when he saw it. As I aged, I grew to resemble her even more. Coincidences reinforced this connection. For example, she published her first book in my hometown. The building where it was published is now a used bookstore, and when I visited, I had a strong recollection of having tea in its gardens.

Helena Blavatsky’s mother once lamented the dreadful life Helena would endure. This confused me, as Helena’s life was one of adventure and fulfillment. I realized her mother had been referring to my present life, where I have consciously endured every form of suffering as a foundation for the incredible healing work I now do.

Healing Humanity

When I first realized the profound shifts I could create in an individual, the Adepts told me, “If you can heal one person, you can heal 8 billion.” This is the intention I hold for every private session and group tapping session.

I see humanity as a tangled ball of yarn. Each person I help is like removing a knot from that ball, contributing to the collective untangling. This is the purpose of the group tapping event Marvin Schneider and I facilitate regularly.

Through these events, more people gain access to the unique healing modality of the SFT tapping protocols. Each tap is a command issued to the mind, like programming a 3D printer, to actualize a specific intention. SFT taps bypass the ego, enabling profound shifts that positively alter the trajectory of individuals’ lives.

Being a Sangoma

When I was first discovering my abilities, a Body Talk practitioner told me I was a Sangoma—a traditional African shaman who heals through sound and channels ancestral energy. This revelation was confirmed through research that validated I met the criteria of a Sangoma.

The prerequisites for becoming a Sangoma include sacrificing one’s life and recovering from the brink of death. Both of these requirements were fulfilled when I was held captive by a sociopath. He forced me to perform animal sacrifices and starved me nearly to death. By the time I escaped, I believed I was a retarded boy. These harrowing experiences, though traumatic, solidified my path as a Sangoma.

Sound Healing

Ice, water, and air are different states of the same substance, and with heat, they can transform from one state to another. This principle applies to sound healing. A physical body, sound, and the issues that a person is carrying are all forms of energy. Sound serves as a bridge, matching the vibration of the pain stored as dis-ease and releasing it from the body.

Trauma is often stored at the same frequency as the music a person listens to during moments of sadness or distress. By singing that song or creating a similar vibration, I can release the trauma stored in their energy. This surreal yet effective method helps individuals break free from past issues. People who deeply enjoy music sometimes carry their unresolved trauma like an eight-track tape of old songs. Sound healing rewrites this energetic narrative, enabling profound emotional and physical liberation.

I trust this brief overview of my soul story helps you understand what I am able to do, and to overcome any resistance you may have to my uniqueness and unconventional approaches. I look forward to working with you in energy.

With Love and Respect
Jen Ward
