How much of my backstory do you need before my session?

Almost none. Jen will ask why you have reached out for a session but she is working so deep that the reason you reached out, no matter how devastating, is merely the initiative you needed to ask for a session.

Why am I so scared to commit to having a session with you?

The session will bring indelible shifts for the better to you energetically. The ego is going to have a knee jerk reaction to this shift. This knee jerk reaction shows up as fear.

If I feel sick before my session, should I reschedule?

It is common to have the issues that are going to be released come to the surface as the session looms closer. Just realize that it is part of the process and give yourself permission to feel uncomfortable.

What will I feel during my session?

It varies for each client. Some people who are sensitive to energy will feel new sensitivities awaken. Others may just feel relief, validated, or feel like a great weight has been lifted from their shoulders.

What will happen in my session?

Jen will start by just talking to you. It will seem matter of fact to you. But she is reading your energy, reading cues from your voice, tapping into your akashic records and sometimes having a direct communication with your innate wisdom. She will learn core issues that you have been carrying around for lifetimes and lead you through Spiritual Freedom Technique (SFT) taps to finally let them go and to heal.

What will I take away from the session?

You most likely will get a sense of something profound happening during the session. Some shifts are so subtle that some of the work needs time to process. People around you may notice a difference in you. Jen will give you core issues to do SFT taps on.
