We will be doing the following SFT taps during the event as a group and in unison. Say each statement three times while continuously tapping on the top of your head, a fourth time while continuously tapping on your chest, and a fifth time while continuously tapping on your abdomen.

We release being sacrificed to the Gods of commercialism; in all moments.

We release perpetuating the addiction of holidays onto another generation; in all moments.

We release being amped up on sugar, family illusion, and a false sense of security on the holidays; in all moments.

We release crashing and burning during the holiday season; in all moments.

We release being ostracized for seeing through the illusion of holidays; in all moments.

We release the psychic pull to participate in holidays traditions; in all moments.  

We release being emotionally blackmailed into partaking of holiday bullshit; in all moments.

We release the genocide of evergreens that is part of the holiday tradition; in all moments.

We release milking millions of trees of their essence to perpetuate holiday bullshit; in all moments.

We release the barbaric sacrifice of evergreens to the Gods of commercialism; in all moments.

The genocide of trees during the holiday season is ended; in all moments.

We release forfeiting our innate love of nature and intangible realms to feed the bullshit of the holidays; in all moments.

We dissipate all psychic streams of energy of gluttony that accompany the holiday season; in all moments.

We free the fairy realms from being used to conjure up the illusion of the holidays; in all moments.

We release raping fairy kind to fuel the Christmas narrative; in all moments.

We release systemically lying to children to enslave them to commercialism and greed; in all moments.

We free all the goodness and pure intentions that are trapped in the bullshit of Christmas; in all moments.

The world is immediately freed from the Ponzi scheme of Christmas; in all moments.

The illusion of Christmas is gutted of all it has raped from the human psyche; in all moments.

Humans release using Christmas to scab over the festering wounds of the holy wars; in all moments.

Humans are freed from being trapped in the dark ages through the use of holidays; in all moments.

All humans release being scabbed over in denial by holiday bullshit; in all moments.

The anguish of war is released from under and around the scab of holiday bullshit; in all moments.

The scab that holidays create is ripped off so that primal wounds can heal; in all moments.

Primal wounds are exposed to the healing fresh air of truth; in all moments.

We release rejecting others for addressing their primal wounds; in all moments.

We release demonizing those who have ripped off the scab of denial; in all moments.

We release scabbing over primal wounds with family, tradition, and holidays; in all moments.

We release being surrounded by antagonists during the holidays; in all moments.

We release obeying rules that propagate family holiday bullshit; in all moments.

We release being indoctrinated in any particular family regime; in all moments.

We release being gaslighted to fail through holiday obligations; in all moments.

We release falling into old pecking orders that the family order demands during holidays; in all moments.

We release being ostracized for going AWOL of the family holiday regime; in all moments.

Sincerity and reverence allotted to holiday bullshit is returned back to the sacred now; in all moments.

Humanity shifts its paradigm from adhering to holiday bullshit to total empowerment; in all moments.  

All individuals encompassing humanity are cantered and in agreement with total empowerment; in all moments. All individuals encompassing humanity resonate, emanate, and are interconnected with all life in total empowerment; in all moments.
