My time in the woods while growing up in Boston, MA provided me surreal experiences of inner sounds and a profound sense of calm. These moments grounded me throughout my life’s journey, serving in the Marines and as a successful trial lawyer. While being detached from their guilt or innocence, I focused on winning for my clients while maintaining integrity and resisting cynicism. The inner sounds connected me to the Source of my humanity, protecting me from the extremes of power as a white privileged male. Even in spiritual groups, where equality was claimed, achieving clergy status and personality worship disillusioned me. Now while living in upstate New York, my focus is on merging the spirituality and wisdom gained to help others avoid being consumed by mainstream power. This is the perspective I bring in my writings for Jenuine Healing.
