You know those locks that are used on lockers? You open up the lock by lining up the three numbers and then the lock opens. You can use this visualization to change your mood at any time from depression to empowerment.

Whatever you are experiencing is a combination of three different choices that you are giving life to. They are your experiences, feelings and thoughts. These three things are like the numbers you use to manifest any experience you are having.

Right now, most people are manifesting negative experiences by their three tumbler choices. They are dwelling on negative experiences, negative feelings and negative thoughts. This is a sabotage to the human experience. You are capable of drawing upon any experience, feeling and thought. But by default, most people choose a triple whammy of negativity.

Try it. Check out what you are experiencing right now. Most likely, it has to do with lack, unworthiness, failure, illness, or a combination of any of those things. What is the negative experience that you are dwelling on? What is the thought process regarding the issue? What are the feelings regarding this issue? Pretty gloomy when you break it down, huh?

All you have to do is change the tumbler “numbers” that you are using to unlock a different reality. Instead of dwelling on the worst experience in the repertoire of your life, consciously choose an experience when you felt empowered. Instead of dwelling on a time when you felt defeated, focus on a time when you felt empowered.

Support this new experience that you are focusing on with positive thoughts and positive feelings. At first, your muscle memory is going to fight you and try to revert to the most negative experiences, thoughts and feelings that come naturally. Fight this tendency every time you think of it.

With this technique, you can transform your life.
